Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing with us. If you are not happy or completely satisfied you may return the items in the original condition it was sent to you for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Any items that are used or opened cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
Before returning any goods please send us an email at email@example.com with your order no. with the reason for return. If we agree you may then return your goods to us. The address will be sent to you via email.
The return cost must be paid by the customer unless there is a valid reason in which the face-covering store accepts at their negligence. Make sure the item is packed securely and advise you to use a recorded delivery service to retain the proof of postage as we do not accept liability for goods lost in the post.
On receiving the items, we will check if they are in a resalable condition or not. If they are not, we will not accept the return and will not process a refund to you. If you would like the items redelivered to you, you will be liable to pay the new delivery costs, if this is not done the items will be disposed of.
